A SING YIN VALENTINES

Chef Bryan’s skill and elegant touch were made for a menu that celebrates passion and love. VALENTINE'S DINNER BUFFET AT KITCHEN
Kitchen, the modern bistro of W Hong Kong, is offering a magical Valentine’s journey to the guests with a special dinner buffet, priced at HK$588 per adult and HK$294 per child, with a complimentary box of gourmet chocolates. FROM FRANCE WITH LOVE: A TRUE GASTRONOMIC BUFFET
Kitchen welcome chef Jacques Barnachon and pastry chef Laurent Gagliardi from the renowned Michelin one-star restaurant, L'Etang du Moulin in southwest Alsace.
Guests can experience a constant flow of chef Barnachon's dishes emerging from the kitchen, all plated with the style and refinement of a Michelin-starred French chef.

- Ox tail consomme with truffles, poached foie gras and seasonal vegetable brunoise
