The Double-boiled conch soup with black garlic in particular is a must-try. Steamed for 4 to 5 hours in a covered ceramic jar, the conch’s moisture is well-preserved. By adding in a very unique ingredient that is black garlic, a perfect mix of molasses-like richness and tangy garlic undertones, the seafood’s succulent flavor becomes more prominent.
Other recommendations include Sautéed scallops in Sing Yin signature XO chili sauce, Wood fried crispy chicken with black truffle, Double-boiled bird’s nest with rock sugar and more.
