What an awesome stay we had at W HongKong! We were recognized as Starwood Gold and upgraded to a room with a wonderful view of the harbor. All of our concierges were so helpful, in particular Kent, who gave us all kinds of recommendations for eating and shopping, after listening to our interests. I also loved the gift shop where I purchased a few items on the way home, I wish I could have carried back more. The hotel is conveniently located right above the Kowloon train station and nice mall with restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again when in HongKong.
